		<description>Actually i was not keeping well since 1 yr and my medicine is very powerful.... i cannot diet because of that. so kindly suggest me some exercise or yoga ... bcz when i get up in the morning my face is swollen and it remains the same for next 1 hour.... and i gain weight mostly on my belly , bum and thighs....</description>
